Products Description
The machine is a necessary equipment for the metal sheet when primed before printing or varnishing after printing of food cans, drink caps, aerosol cans, general cans or boxes. It may also be used for longitudinal partial coating or full coating. To ensure the machine run quietly, use slant gear and push bar reciprocator for less loading on passing tinplate. Rubber roller is made of oil-resistant rubber or polyurethane, featured with good wearability and long service life. Cylinder is made of fine-ground NiCrMO Chilled cast iron or surface treated by WC sprayed coating, featured with long service life and high accuracy surface. The machine is set up with the main scraper, cleaning device, auxiliary scraper and scraper tension mechanism. The scraper pressure is pneumatically controlled to ensure the even and proper pressure at each end to avoid the damage to the cylinder surface. The gripper roller, feeding magnetic wheel, are furnished. The registering is of front-registering type. This machine provides the movable side guide and multi side guide system for vertical margin and horizontal margin. The adjustment system can work during operation instead of stop the machine and adjust by the hand wheel. The rubber roller is connecting at shaft end by coupled gear for easy replacement of rubber rollers. Transfer roller is separately driven by frequency converter motor, adjust line speed of two rollers for perfect thickness of coat.
